Chelsea is an O'ahu-based mermaid specializing in mermaid performance. She is a PADI certified mermaid and mermaid instructor, and has a passion for ocean conservation. With freediving and scuba diving certifications as well, she uses every excuse to be in the water as much as possible! Chelsea is also fluent in American Sign Language.
